£CIS StatementsPayment & deduction, done
For UK contractors & bookkeepers

Every CIS statement for the month, from one spreadsheet.

Drop in what you paid your subcontractors. Get back a correct Payment & Deduction Statement for each one — grouped by tax month, ready to send — plus your CIS300 return totals.

Runs entirely in your browser. Your subcontractors' payment data never reaches us.

Three steps

From messy payments to compliant statements.

No hand-calculating, no exporting subcontractors one at a time.

01

Upload your payments

One spreadsheet of what you paid each subcontractor this month — name, UTR, status, gross and materials.

02

We calculate the deductions

The correct CIS deduction per subcontractor, on gross minus materials, grouped by the 6th-to-5th tax month.

03

Download every statement

One compliant statement per subcontractor as a clean ZIP, ready to send — plus your CIS300 return totals.

Correct to the penny

The deduction rules, applied the way HMRC expects.

Deduction comes off the labour, never the materials, floored to the penny per payment and grouped into the right tax month. Multiple payments to one subcontractor in a month are consolidated onto a single statement automatically.

No accounts, no uploads of your data

Built to be trusted with payroll numbers.

It never leaves your device

The CSV is parsed and every statement is built in your browser. We never receive or store your subcontractors' payment data.

The mandated CIS340 layout

Every statement carries the fields HMRC requires — contractor and PAYE reference, subcontractor and UTR, tax-month period, gross, materials and amount deducted.

Honest about what it does

We don't file to HMRC for you. You get the statements and the CIS300 totals; you send the statements and file the return, or hand the totals to your accountant.

Frequently asked questions

How does the free preview work?
Upload your CSV and you'll see a couple of real statements generated from your own data straight away, watermarked as a preview. If the numbers look right, pay a one-off amount to unlock the full batch as a clean ZIP.
How much does it cost?
There's no subscription. Unlocking a full batch is a one-off payment, roughly £9 to £19 depending on how many subcontractors are in it, paid once per upload.
Do you file anything with HMRC for me?
No. We don't submit your CIS300 return or anything else to HMRC on your behalf. We generate the Payment and Deduction Statements and the CIS300 totals you need, and you send the statements and file the return yourself, or hand the totals to your accountant.
Does my payment data leave my device?
No. The CSV is parsed and every statement is calculated and built in your browser. We never receive or store your subcontractors' payment data. The only thing that touches our server is the one-off payment when you unlock a batch.
What does the CSV need to contain?
One row per payment: subcontractor name, UTR, CIS status (registered, unregistered or gross), payment date, gross amount and materials amount. Multiple payments to the same subcontractor in one tax month are consolidated onto a single statement automatically.
What's the deadline for sending a statement?
Within 14 days of the end of the tax month a payment falls in. The tax month runs 6th to 5th, not the calendar month, and your CIS300 return for the same period is due by the 19th.

This month's statements, in the next five minutes.
