Every CIS statement for the month, in one upload.
Drop in what you paid your subcontractors. Get back a correct Payment & Deduction Statement for each one, grouped by tax month, ready to send — plus your CIS300 totals.
The right deduction, every time.
Applied to labour, never materials · floored to the penny per payment · grouped into the right 6th–5th tax month, with repeat payments consolidated onto one statement.
Export from the tools that don't do CIS.
Jobber, Tradify, ServiceM8 and Commusoft all export a payments spreadsheet — none of them produce CIS statements. This does.
Built for whoever runs the subbie payments.
Contractors
You pay subcontractors every month and dread the statement admin. Do the whole month in five minutes.
Bookkeepers

Subbie-heavy trades
Groundworks, scaffolding, bricklaying — anyone with a long list of subcontractors each month.
Free to try. Pay once per batch.
- One real statement from your own CSV, so you can check the maths.
- Heavily watermarked — a preview, not a usable document.
- Sign in with your email; your payment data stays in your browser.
- The whole month as a clean ZIP of ready-to-send PDFs.
- Your CIS300 return totals, ready to key into HMRC.
- Nothing recurring — pay per upload, no card on file.
This month's statements, in the next five minutes.
Upload your spreadsheet, preview it free, unlock the batch when the numbers look right.
Questions before you upload.
How does the free preview work?
Sign in and upload your CSV, and you'll see one real statement generated from your own data, heavily watermarked as a preview. If the numbers look right, pay a one-off amount to unlock the full batch as a clean, unwatermarked ZIP.
How much does it cost?
There's no subscription. Unlocking a full batch is a one-off payment that scales with the batch: £10 for up to 5 statements, £15 for 6 to 15, and £25 for 16 or more — paid once per upload.
Do you file anything with HMRC for me?
No. We don't submit your CIS300 return or anything else to HMRC on your behalf. We generate the Payment and Deduction Statements and the CIS300 totals you need, and you send the statements and file the return yourself, or hand the totals to your accountant.
Does my payment data leave my device?
You sign in with your email, but the CSV itself is parsed and every statement built in your browser — we never receive or store your subcontractors' payment figures. The only things that reach our server are your sign-in and the one-off payment.
What does the CSV need to contain?
One row per payment: subcontractor name, UTR, CIS status (registered, unregistered or gross), payment date, gross amount and materials amount. Multiple payments to the same subcontractor in one tax month are consolidated onto a single statement automatically.
